Who makes these watches?
Pagani Design. PAGANIX is an independent store that sells Pagani Design watches; we don't make them and we are not an official Pagani Design store.
Where do orders ship from?
From our supplier's warehouse in the United States.
How much is shipping?
Free US shipping on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 2–12 business days after you order. The product page and your cart show the estimated delivery dates.
Do I have to pay import duties?
No import duties to pay on US orders.
US orders ship from a warehouse in the United States, so they don't go through customs.
How do I track my order?
We email you when your order ships, with a tracking number when the carrier provides one. You can also follow it on our Track your order page.
Can I return my watch?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is on us. See our returns policy for how it works.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, every watch has a 12-month warranty. See our warranty for what it covers.
Which payment methods can I use?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout. Checkout is handled by Shopify, so we never see or store your full card details.
