Warranty

Every watch from PAGANIX comes with a 12-month warranty, counted from the day it is delivered.

What the warranty covers

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for example a watch that stops running, or a crown, pusher or clasp that fails.

What it doesn't cover

• Normal wear, such as scratches on the case, bracelet or crystal
• Damage from accidents, drops or misuse
• Water damage
• Battery replacement on quartz watches
• Watches opened or repaired by someone else

How to make a claim

Send us a message on our contact page with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the problem. We repair or replace the watch, or refund it if neither is possible.
