Changed your mind? You can return your watch within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is on us.
How to return a watch
- Send us a message on our contact page with your order number.
- We reply with the return address and how to send the watch back at no cost to you.
- Send the watch back unworn, in its box, with any tags or protective film it came with.
Return shipping
We pay for return shipping on every US return, whatever the reason.
Refunds
Once the watch arrives and we have checked it, we refund the price to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show the refund.

Message us with your order number and a photo as soon as possible, and we'll sort it out.
